Can I purchase items online and are the items in stock?

All the items on the website are stock can be purchased online. Please read the product descriptions which indicates all the details regarding the item and stock. You have 3 options to receive your furniture 1. Pick up from the warehouse 2. Pick up from one of our carrier depots 3. Ask us for a residential quote. All details can be found on our shipping page.

How fast will my order be shipped from your warehouse?

We strive to ship your order in 24 hours from order placement. You will be contacted if we have a question on your order or if there are any delays in processing your shipment.

Where is Wicker Emporium located?

To keep logistics simple we have have 1 service point where all the furniture is shipped from located in Quebec. Check out the warehouse location page where you will find details on how to visit us if in the area.

Does Wicker Emporium have a layaway service?

Sorry, we do not offer any layaway service. Clients are required to pick up their furniture within 48 hours upon order placement due to space constraints. We are continually receiving furniture and updating the warehouse requiring space to accommodate new items.

I purchased one of your items manufactured in Mexico with a beeswax finish, how do i prevent water stains from occurring?

Why does the furniture colors seem different from one product to another on the website?

We strive to give you the best unedited pictures taken in our manufacturing facilities or in our warehouse showing the exact colors of the furniture. It is important to note that sunlight and how the light reflects off the furniture will impact color. All the pieces of furniture from the same collection match thus will look beautiful in your home when placed in the same room. We are always happy to provide more details on features which you would like to see so, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How come no one was there at your warehouse when i got there?

We are sorry you swung by our warehouse and no one was there, but visits are only possible by appointment. It helps to keep our costs low and we pass on these savings to you our client. We are only at the warehouse to receive new furniture, ship the furniture or to show you around. Please contact us to make an appointment. If you have an appointment, please honor your scheduled time or please call 30 min before to let us know you will be late or wish to reschedule.

Can I save on the taxes if I pay cash?

No, you will have to pay taxes. We issue invoices for all purchases done online on our website or in person at the warehouse. We charge provincial taxes on all items when shipped to their destination province. Please refer to our terms on the taxes applied to each province in Canada.

Is your furniture made at the warehouse?

No, we import our furniture from Mexico and India using pine wood, mango wood, acacia wood, recycled wood and rosewood sourced from sustainable plantations.

Can i pay for furniture at the warehouse?

Yes you can come to the warehouse and buy furniture to leave home with it the same day. We only accept Cash, Interact transfers and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, etc) at this time.

I need a custom size, can your suppliers make a special piece for me?

It is possible to ask for customs pieces but delays can range from 1 month to 8 months depending on our ordering/shipping/receiving cycle. Please note that customs will generally have a 30% higher price as the request is a one off piece and requires more set up.

I purchased an item online and it does not fit in my space, can I return it?

If you wish to return delivered items, you must call us at 1-800 764-7808 within 7 days after receiving them for return instructions. Items must be in original purchase condition and packaging for a refund of the product cost only, minus a 20% re-stock fee. Please re-package merchandise with care as you will be responsible for shipping damage that occurs during a return, you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.
