Refunds will be given by the method used to make purchases with the following exceptions:
Cash refunds over $100.00 will be refunded either by debit or Head Office cheque.
Only store credit will be issued with original receipt for items after 14 days for a period up to 30 days.
Items after 30 days will not be accepted for refund or store credit.
Exchanges or refunds will not be provided on products sold as damaged goods.
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Refunds for purchases made with a gift card or gift certificate will be issued in the form of a credit note.
Gift receipts are not considered original receipt. Returns with a gift receipts will be issued in the form of a credit note.
Refunds will not be accepted during tax free events however managers may use their discretion on unique and special situations.
